The need to move - if in the physical space, that it expresses the recreational desire, of the everyday continuing a dynamic modality of spiritual desire, it seems to always guide mankind, since the time of the ancestral mythology, where the nomadic vocation of taking a trip or travel, we can recall us on our first and deeper cognitive experience, a true and own main road of the evolutionary process.

Rural tourism means betting in the local communities' ability to assure and to reinforce, through formative processes contextualized as their own solemnity capacities to manage activities of tourist reception, and to obtain in such way, the largest of the hypotheses, a progressive ascension of income and of the work opportunities, in matter for the categories in disadvantage, women and young teenagers.
